This role involves supervising all activities, managing teams, executing strategic plans, ensuring consistent engagement, and implementing initiatives to enhance our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, posting job openings, overseeing various teams, recruiting human resources, creating content, implementing plans, and responding promptly and professionally to messages, inquiries, and feedback. Additionally, the candidate will share updates and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in managing teams or organizations.

• Proficient knowledge of graphics and animation videos.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with Telegram’s features, tools, and analytics.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Preference for candidates residing near Betel, Addis Ababa.
